Safe Kids Hospitals conducts structured 12-month post-doctoral clinical fellowships in Neonatal Intensive Care (Level 4 NICU) and Pediatric Critical Care (PICU). Fellows receive intensive clinical training in extreme prematurity (<28 weeks), high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV), inhaled nitric oxide therapy, targeted temperature cooling, bedside echocardiography (POCUS), and neonatal emergency transport.

Candidates must possess an NMC/MCI-recognized post-graduate degree in Pediatrics (MD / DNB / DCH) and valid state medical council registration. International medical graduates must have equivalent certified qualifications. Fellowship sessions commence bi-annually in January and July.

Yes. We offer 4 to 8 week clinical observerships in Pediatric Laparoscopic Surgery, Level 4 Neonatology, and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Observers participate in bedside rounds, surgical theater observations, mortality-morbidity audits, and academic journal clubs.

All biomedical and clinical studies are governed by our independent Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC), formally registered with CDSCO and conforming to ICMR Ethical Guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). The committee reviews research protocols, informed consent procedures, and clinical trial registrations.

Yes. Our academic wing hosts hands-on simulation drills and certification workshops including Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) courses for practicing pediatricians, postgraduates, and neonatal critical care nurses.
